Note: This is the only official website accepting registrations for the 15th General Breast Imaging Meeting. Please be aware that fraudulent websites may attempt to pose as legitimate accommodation or transfer providers. To protect yourself, always verify the authenticity of any service before making payments or sharing personal information. For your security, complete all registrations and bookings through this official platform only.

Workshops will be offered at no additional cost; however, pre-registration is essential. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Workshops will not be recorded or available as on-demand content.

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa, Amex or Mastercard). From 30 November, you will be required to pay by credit card during the online registration process. Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. Credit card payments are processed via Windcave which is a Level 1 Service Provider and is compliant to PCI DSS Version 3.2. Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your online registration. Credit card payments will incur a 3% gateway processing fee, which will be charged on check-out.
If your organisation is paying your registration fee and has specific billing requirements, it is the delegates’ responsibility to provide these details during registration. Invoices that fail to meet the organisation's payment policy due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be reissued. The delegate would then be responsible for arranging payment directly and seeking reimbursement from their organisation.
All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at fiona@outshine.co.nz.
• If cancelled by 30 October 2026 - full refund less $200 administration fee
• If cancelled 31 October to 29 November 2026 - 50% refund
• If cancelled 30 November to 10 January 2027 - 20% refund
• No refund for cancellations from 11 January 2027, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled outright, the registration fees will be refunded less fees incurred.
You may transfer your registration to a colleague or change to on-demand viewing by contacting the Conference Manager.
Where a registration is changed to on-demand, the current on-demand rate at the time of the change will apply. Any refund will be the difference between the fee paid and the applicable on-demand rate. The cancellation refund schedule does not apply to registration changes.
It is expected that you accurately select the appropriate category during registration. During the standard registration review process, you may be contacted to request proof of chosen registration type. If requested, evidence must be provided within 7 days; failure to do so will result in an automatic update of your registration category, and you will be required to pay the difference in fees.
To maintain the integrity and objectives of the BIG Meeting 2027, registrations from representatives of commercial organisations are only permitted where the organisation is participating as an approved sponsor or exhibitor. Registrations submitted independently of an associated sponsorship or exhibition package will not be accepted by the Outshine Ltd as a representative of the BIG Meeting 2027 Organisers.
The content presented at the BIG Meeting 2027 is intended for healthcare professionals and other authorised attendees. By registering for and attending the conference, delegates acknowledge that all presentations, workshops and educational sessions are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The content of all presentations, workshops and educational sessions at the BIG Meeting 2027 is prepared and delivered by the respective speaker(s), who remain solely responsible for the content provided. Speakers warrant that they have all necessary rights, permissions and authority to present their materials and that, to the best of their knowledge, such materials are accurate, current and do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Neither the BIG Meeting 2027 Organisers nor Outshine Ltd reviews, verifies, endorses, approves or guarantees the accuracy, completeness, legality or suitability of any presentation content. Any views, opinions or recommendations expressed are those of the individual speaker and do not necessarily reflect those of Outshine Ltd or the BIG Meeting 2027 organisers.
The BIG Meeting 2027 organisers and Outshine Ltd shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from or related to the content of any presentation or reliance upon information provided by a speaker at the BIG Meeting 2027.
Personal information is collected on behalf of the Breast Imaging Group. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation, email, region/state and country. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the Breast Imaging Group (BIG) Meeting. This list will not be provided by the BIG Meeting Organising Committee to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.
The on-demand content of the BIG Meeting 2027 is being delivered post meeting, and as such, the Organisers and Conference Managers will provide clear guidelines on best-operating systems to use for optimum viewing of the on-demand content for attendees. The Conference Managers will take no responsibility or accept requests for a refund if the guidance for viewing is not followed.
Attendance certificates are only provided to individuals registered under delegate categories. Healthcare industry and exhibitor registrations do not qualify for certificates of attendance.
The Breast Imaging Group (BIG) Meeting is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at fiona@outshine.co.nz.
The Breast Imaging Group and the Conference Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the meeting. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the meeting.
The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the Organising Committee and the Meeting Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the Organising Committee and the Meeting Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst in-person, however, all meeting attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.
